Information

The SSSI consists of two habitats; there is 13 Ha of calcareous grassland and 5 Ha of mixed broad-leaved woodland containing yew.

Some of the grassland is neutral and has adder's tongue fern and betony whilst the calcareous areas is dominated by tor grass with sawwort, dyer's greenweed, autumn gentian, dropwort and fairy flax.
