The Wildlife and Wildlife Sites of Rushcliffe

I have direct knowledge of the mammals, reptiles, amphibians, butterflies, moths, grasshoppers, crickets, dragonflies, fish, damselflies, birds and vascular plants that occur here and this has been supplemented by data from published sources. For other insect orders, the data has almost entirely been abstracted from internet data sources. Jerry Clough has kindly provided the data on plant galls. I am indebted to Dave Wood for his patience and generosity in passing on every ounce of botanical information that I could possibly absorb and for his companionship on a great many (>250) days out together in south Notts and beyond.
