How to get there:

The area is privately owned but the public is welcome to visit during daylight hours. There is a car park on the Cotgrave to Colston Basset road.

Information

Although small at 4 hectares this is a diverse and interesting site. It was created by Col John Hutchinson probably in the early 1650s and now consists of wetland, ponds, drains, woodland, orchard, mature hedgerow and grassland.
